Thank you Julia!

The moment I stir & wake up, I begin my day by saying a prayer. I thank the good Lord for allowing me to witness another beautiful sunrise, I also ask for His mercy & protection for the family until the setting of the sun & throughout. I then quickly do my business in the banyo, after which I play catch up on Intagram for the latest chismis, lol. Those are the first 3 things I do in the morning, no fail.

Btw, thank you also KRIZ for this very early morning surprise! <3 Woke up at 3 am & decided to check IG until I can fall back asleep again. Imagine my joy upon seeing this. Of course lalo akong hindi nakatulog hahaha!)

So you can say that Instagram is a very personal thing to me. It sets my mood for the day so I only follow people I really like, consider as good friends, or interests me. Why start your day with a cloud hanging over your head by seeing posts that will make you sad (deaths/breakups/online fights), envious (I-I-I + Me-Me-Me posts & mala-Heart Evangelistang closet lol), angry (mga pasaring at parinig), or uncomfortable (nude posts/feet-fies/yucky food)? #goodvibesonly Delete & unfollow people (on social media & most of all, in life) who don’t add to your happiness or contribute in making you a better person.

Anyway, during my birthday week, I woke up to thissssss.. 115 followers requesting to be accepted! (I keep my IG on private mode to keep away undesirables, potentially dangerous stalkers, and online sellers out to make a quick buck by spamming your feed with offers.) Naturally, I was flabbergasted. On a good day, I get between 8-10 requests which narrow down accordingly. So this spike in number was certainly not the norm. “Sino ang may kagagawan?” I ask myself, happy but bewildered. ;P

A dear long time reader, CHERRYL, quickly kept me up to date & said a radio caller mentioned my IG handle on 89.9 which got me the new requests..

Thank you Cherryl for updating me! :-*

Morning be like.. WHOOOOOOA!! ;))

I wanted to extend my thanks to this mysterious caller, not for the spike (honestly, I don’t care much about the numbers, I keep my feed private mainly because I post personal photos & live, up-to-date moments. So I carefully scrutinize my followers on Instagram & give access only to those I deem friendly & harmless), but for the sentiment behind the call. She must’ve loved me something big to go out of her way to call DJ Mo Twister & give my name as someone who inspires her. <3

Luckily, JULIA sent me a private message & said she was the one who called. We got to “talking” & I was tickled pink to find out she’s just Ate’s age (haba ng hair ko, even young people are interested in me hehe) & we go to the same church, CCF!

This just proves my mental age level hahaha! I am friends with Ate’s batch lol. Katawan ko lang ang tumatanda, hindi ang puso at pag-iisip! :))

Awwwwww!!! <3

YOU made me kilig, dearest Julia! :-*

Like I say, it really doesn’t take much to make me happy. 🙂 A kind word, a thoughtful greeting, and of course your love & support goes a looooong way.

Thank you again Julia for thinking so highly of the GOppets. We have yet to see each other in CCF. I hope & pray that the day comes soon enough so I can give you my tightest hug. ILY!! :-*
