Buy Bust

I contemplated long & hard if this was something I wanted, or was ready, to share with you my dear readers. The blog has always served as my diary, so sharing won in the end. Please be kind, my heart is raw & tender right now. – JANE

Hay nako bayan. May malaking pasabog ang buwan ng Setyembre sa pamilyang Goppets.

To those of you who follow me on Instagram, remember this?

Turns out, our tenant is allegedly an importer of a form of high end marijuana called KUSH. Oh yes, imported from the US of A pa daw. CLICK HERE to read about the whole gruesome story on the news! @_@

First of all, please get your facts straight lang po. Laboratory daw? How can they “produce” KUSH eh gawa na po yun. Upon investigation, PDEA found out that the KUSH is question was imported from the US. Don’t add fuel na to the fire, we are already being labelled & crucified for innocently renting out our home..

Our friends from across the street called us the night of the raid -around 11 PM na, ang dami daw PDEA sa labas ng rental property namin. Our home for the last 18 years before we transferred. The house we gave to Babyson for his future family. Ang saklap naman huhu!

We received several calls from past neighbors & concerned friends before the day ended. Ang laki ng pasabog ng Setyemre ahuhu!

We would do periodic inspections but never saw anything out of the ordinary.

We liked this tenant pa naman kasi hindi mareklamo & he was always nice & decent to us whenever we’d get to speak. This just proves time & again NOT TO JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

KUSH is a high-grade marijuana which is an abbreviation of: [K]annabis Use Should be Honored. We were able to speak to our tenant’s next of kin, his dad, to iron out the breach of contract & eviction. According to him, he & his wife were there during the bust and the box & bag of weed were planted lang daw. How true, we will never know. I just want this nightmare to be over.

As expected, the incident was featured in our community’s “secret” facebook page. Daming opinion, daming marunong..

What’s worse is two of our good friends even liked the post crucifying us huhu. </3

My curtains in question, LOL. Maganda naman ah. 😛 Oist mahal kaya ng pagawa ko jan? ;))

My dear neighbors who are so harsh to judge and so quick to crucify us. Let me ask you this. What is Due Diligence, really? A man in his early 30’s was introduced by a reputable realty firm with its licensed broker who vouched for him after some investigation. He had a solid business & was able to pay us in advance. He had pets he treated with love & care (and you know there is a saying that goes “You can tell a lot about people by the way they treat their pets.”). There is a difference between due diligence & stalking a person’s life -finding out everything you can & getting a 201 file. FYI, we did, and we left it at that. Malay ba namin? Kayo ba kilala nyo ng mabuti even your dearest, closest friends? Of course not!

People are so quick to give their 2 cents worth, “offer” their unsolicited advices, jump into conclusions, and judge people & situations harshly.

Might I add, Ayala Alabang is an upscale village that has residents in their mid-30’s who have homes of their own, nice cars, flourishing businesses. It is a given & a reality in this posh subdivision. Even Kap & I had our own home at age 25 when we tied the knot, so is it really surprising & suspicious for someone to be able to afford rent in our neighborhood? Please, mag-isip bago manghusga. As it is, we are already so inconvenienced with our property being put on hold as a crime scene. Dadagdag pa talaga kayo?

Anong payo ni Big Brother? Pabayaan ang mga nega. 😉 Inggit lang sila at wala silang mga bahay-paupahan! 😛

Even the furnitures & the drapes were mentioned & ridiculed. lol. Personalan na talaga hehe.

Before social media, I really thought our community was made up of nice, decent human beings kasi nga may mga pinag-aralan. Sad to say, over the years of reading mean posts & harsh comments, these opened my eyes to the reality that no amount of money or education can ever make a person decent. Mema lang, walang pake kung may natatapakanMinsan nga mas grabe pa ang mga mayayaman. The more money one has, the more proud & entitled he becomes.

Hay ang buhay talaga. Makapanuod na lang nga ng Buy Bust! 😛 Tara?
