The Bellevue Manila Revisited

The Bellevue Manila is known for over-spoiling & over-indulging their guests! From the moment you arrive to the time you leave, you are made to feel like royalty with the efficient service & big beautiful smiles of the Staff. Look up the word “extra” in the dictionary & you’ll find The Bellevue Manila inserted somewhere in that description. ;)

Because we didn’t want to sleep right away with a very full stomach, we went up to Vue Bar & enjoyed the band, and the night away.. for 2 nights! That’s how much we enjoyed the band & each others company.

I was so happy that my dear friends ABET & DANNY ONG were able to join us for an evening of fun at the Vue Bar! <3
I’m just disappointed that the picture quality is so bad I can’t make this bigger because it gets too grainy.

As we were already lounging by the poolside, The Bellevue Manila so graciously set up a BBQ buffet for our dinner. Dinner here is usually ala-carte, but Ryan Chan –The Bellevue Manila‘s Director for Marketing, made sure our stay was dee-lightful and had his people set a pop-up buffet dinner for all of us to enjoy al fresco.

Bean Curd with Crispy Mushroom. I actually liked this. Chef Cheong was able to incorporate & bring out wonderful flavors in an otherwise bland tofu. :)
