Another Japanese restaurant just opened & it is in our near horizon. I can’t be any happier! <3 I turn to Molito & Omakase is there. I turn to Alabang Town Center & Kenji Tei is there. I turn to Commerce Center & Kessaku is there. I turn to BF P’que & Sensei Sushi is there. And finally, I turn to West Gate & SUSHI NINJA is there! I have come full circle. Everywhere I turn, glorious sushi & sashimi everywhere! \m/

Sushi Ninja PH is headed by the very young Matthew Tanjuakio, a sushi chef graduate of California Sushi Academy. It’s so cute how his smiling mom (in black below, with spectacles), tita SHEBA -a fellow Alabanger, is ever so supportive of her son & greeted us as we came in & helped in every way she can.
Ok. Any of these 4 are the following. Sorry, I got confused. Hungry tummies all around, so I had to take fast photos & I didn’t get to inquire anymore which was which. Wala nang pumapansin sa akin! :) Keiyo Toshi 280 php. Ginza Toshi 290 php. Okinawa Toshi 360 php. Hibiya Toshi 330 php. Those are wonderful sticky rice balls underneath each topping.
Again, the names are very confusing so please forgive me if I don’t know which one is which. I concentrated on popping these delectable makis into my mouth & savoring every bite! :P
Koenji Maki 340 php. Hiroshima Maki 360 php. Osaka Maki 430 php. Tsukiji Maki 240 php
They also have rice bowls, which unfortunately for my blog, none of us ordered. We were too excited with the sushi & toshi selections. <3
As I keep telling you, I must have been Japanese in my past life as I am sooo in love with their food. I am deliriously happy that I have so many choices now when a craving creeps in! ;)
