Sunday Brunch at Caviar

On the last day of our staycation at THE BELLEVUE MANILA, the handsome brothers Chef Frank & Sommelier Bastiaan Van Der Walle  had us over for a Sunday Brunch at the Caviar Restaurant & Champagne Bar.

We were hesitant to leave the comforts & perks  of the hotel we called home for the past 2 days, but who says “NO” to a Caviar invite! ;)

I’ve had LUNCH & DRINKS at the ultra posh resto before, but I heard good raves about their Sunday brunch, so I was pretty stoked to be able to go back with my family this time around. <3 Nothing beats FAMEALY bonding.

The day we went, they just had a fresh delivery of Canadian lobsters from Nova Scotia. HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR LOBSTER? At Caviar Restaurant & Champagne Bar, they do it: Smoked with Avocado Vichyssoise, Benedict with Asparagus, Classic thermidor, Simply grilled with butter & lemon sauce, or CHEF’S FAVORITE -with caviar, Mascarpone and smoke grilled pimentos! <3

And of course, my Honey just had to play with the poor fella & ham it up for the camera! :P

They get it from their father, I tell you! @_@

Hi sunshine. :) Thank you for your honesty. I really appreciate feedback from my readers especially if it’s constructive like yours. This will just run for around 10 days coz I also have to give back to our sponsors. :) Please bear with me. Thank you for loving me in spite of. In Ms. Jane’s defense, she has a growing fan base. She will be asked by ALOT of people to review their food/establishment for advertising/online marketing or what have you. Social media allows for a wider reach of audience. Hayaan niyo na kasi I doubt naman na she will mislead her readers. Besides, ndi naman nagkukulang sa wit ang mga posts niya just cause its sponsored.

Halata bang love kita, Ms. Jane?

We understand so many new establishment wants to invite you because they love your writing style, not forced (hindi katulad ng iba parang robot basta makasulat lang about the sponsor – parang copy-paste ng advertisement).

Sponsored post or not, your kuwentos are still very personal, honest and full of love & laughter. Keep on writing and sharing your stories.

I second the (e)motion: sponsored post man or hindi, your personality and wit shines through. Ay, sponsored ba? Hindi ko naman na-feel because the entry is still very personal. It satisfies my inner chismosa. Harharhar!

I love you Mommy Jane – even if you write about Ate’s diet food, or 10 different hotel buffets for 10 posts. <3
