On the last day of our staycation at THE BELLEVUE MANILA, the handsome brothers Chef Frank & Sommelier Bastiaan Van Der Walle had us over for a Sunday Brunch at the Caviar Restaurant & Champagne Bar.
We were hesitant to leave the comforts & perks of the hotel we called home for the past 2 days, but who says “NO” to a Caviar invite! ;)
I’ve had LUNCH & DRINKS at the ultra posh resto before, but I heard good raves about their Sunday brunch, so I was pretty stoked to be able to go back with my family this time around. <3 Nothing beats FAMEALY bonding.
Monday to Sunday, Lunch 11.30am to 2.00pm, Dinner 5.30pm – 10.00pm
Sunday Brunch 09.00am to 2.00pm, Sunday Dinner 5.30pm – 10.00pm
I was really very happy that I was able to take Kap to Caviar. Alam nyo na… ;)
The day we went, they just had a fresh delivery of Canadian lobsters from Nova Scotia. HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR LOBSTER? At Caviar Restaurant & Champagne Bar, they do it: Smoked with Avocado Vichyssoise, Benedict with Asparagus, Classic thermidor, Simply grilled with butter & lemon sauce, or CHEF’S FAVORITE -with caviar, Mascarpone and smoke grilled pimentos! <3
And of course, my Honey just had to play with the poor fella & ham it up for the camera! :P
They get it from their father, I tell you! @_@
Caviar Restaurant & Champagne Bar has a Brunch Special for 790 php/person or 610 php/child below 12 years old. Again, this is FAMILY STYLE, meaning you SHARE what’s on the table. It’s not eat-all-you-can.
Limoncello Liqueur made fresh from the VAN DER WALLE’s farm. Bottles for sale at 580 php each.
Their bread assortments are also made fresh from the kitchen.

Yoghurt & Oats. Ate was happy. ;) I gave her mine as well to enjoy.
