Sky Lounge at Vivere

It was officially ate’s sembreak friday last week. 3 whole uninterrupted super mega bonding weeks with her. My heart SINGS! <3

Yesterday, we both woke up early so we had brunch at the Sky Lounge on the 31st floor of Vivere in Filinvest Corporate City. The last time I had breakfast here, I wasn’t very happy. But I wanted to give it another go since ate hasn’t tried their food yet, and I’m glad I did.

I was feeling a bit under the weather still, but I was really hungry & wanted some pampering -so nagsabog talaga ako ng lagim in Vivere hehe. Sorry!

Breakfast buffet is 650 net inclusive of 3 fruit juices (pineapple, mango, and FRESHLY SQUEEZED OJ! <3) & coffee.

Vivere foyer
Cam-whoring  in the elevator hehe..
Congee station

Sweets station.. starting with my favorites!! <3
Featuring waffles, pancakes & french toast.

Salad & antipasta station..

With assorted cereals..
and Yogurt.
Hot dish station..
Ate loved the garlic potato wedges.
I liked the teppanyaki fish fillet with veggies.
These were “steady lang“.
Too bad both the embotido & beef tapa were dry.
Would have enjoyed longaniza, tocino & danggit in lieu of the embotido & other whatnots.
Now THAT would have been a perfect breakfast! <3
The scrambled eggs were perfect! <3
Corned beef was dry. :'((
Bacon was TOO oily.. but still, I got some teehee! :P
Bread station with toaster if you want it warm or toasted..
Al fresco dining area.
But we opted for the indoor, air-conditioned area.
Bonding with my girl amidst sputtering coughs! <3
My FIRST plate! :P
All time filipino brekky.
My “with everything in/on it” omelette.
They have an egg station, done exactly the way you like it.
My 3RD plate.
Who says your appetite goes away when you’re sick haha! :P

Any other thoughts or plans that involved walking was SCRAPPED after our heavy brunch! :P We both just wanted to go back home, crawl into our beds & snore the remainder of day away. What PIGS we are! ;))
