I was lucky to be a part of this festivity in my homeland, the South! :P It was also an honor to meet the new british General Manager of Crimson Hotel, Saurabh Kukreja. With 15 years of hospitality experience, Saurabh, at 34, is one of the youngest general managers in the country.

Saurabh’s impressive career background includes his stint with The Savoy, The Berkely, and The Bentley Kempinski Hotel in London He also took office in the Starwood and Onyx Hospitality Group, Thailand, and served as the resident manager at the Amari Watergate in Bangkok.

O ayan, siomai… to siomai love to you, kahit bumabaha dito sa amin, nagco-comment pa din ako, hahaha… naglilimas using the left hand at nagta-type using the right. LOL!

Heniways, I’m not a big fan of mexican food (I find it too starchy), but those enchiladas really look nice. And I’d go there for those nachos… daming toppings! Sana may all-nacho buffet sila, hahaha…

Imper, mura lang ang buffet nila for a hotel. Sulit! Sarap mag-imbita dito for a meeting. =)
