Pharex HealthCorp

I’ve just finished a bout of whooping cough. Asthma actually, that came in the form of excessive coughing. Maya-maya ubo, it starts with a nagging itch at the throat & progresses to hacking cough. You know the type? Yung mala-kulog sa tunog? The kind that keeps you (and the rest of your roommates) up at night. Hay buhay.

My trusty pulmo-aide. I never go on long trips without it. In fact, Kap packed this along on our recent out of town trip because I was hacking like crazy & my chest was so congested.

Illnesses now are so lingering. It’s not like before when you get bitten by the bug & after 3 days you’re up and about. Now, it’s been 4 weeks & I’m still coughing from time to time. Drives me crazy!

Doctor’s order when sick: Take lots of liquid & fruit juices. Up your intake of vitamins. Rest, and cuddle with your bestest gal! ;)

I’ve always taken *** for my cough but I guess it sorta grew on me & stopped being effective. It was only when I switched to Pharex Carbocisteine Cough Syrup (Solmux) that I was finally on the road to recovery. That and a 5-day dose of Azithromycin, an antibiotic used to treat many different types of infections caused by bacteria. After a week, I was almost good as new.

Pharex has always been a trusted name. Pharex is the leading brand when it comes to generics medicine & is trusted by more doctors over any other generic brand. Pharex has a wide array of affordable and quality products: B Complex, Vitamin E, Carbocisteine, Multivitamins, and many more.

PHAREX HealthCorp, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pascual Laboratories, Inc., was formally established in April 1972 as the exclusive marketing, sales and distribution arm of Pascual Laboratories, Inc. (Pascuallab). As a matter of fact, PHAREX is short for Pharmaceutical Excellence – the very foundation on which the venture is built.—

Pharex covers a multitude of my health ailments actually. For someone who’s on maintenance med, non-generic means I can route a portion of my money -otherwise spent on medicines, elsewhere. Consider this a mommy tipid tip! ;)

  • Amlodipine (Norvasc) is used to treat my high blood pressure.
  • Atorvastatin (Lipitor) a lipid lowering medication used to treat my high cholesterol.
  • Montelukast (Singulair) prescribed for the treatment of hay fever (chronic allergic rhinitis) and asthma
  • Metformin (Fortamet) is an oral diabetes medicine that helps control my blood sugar levels. Metformin is for people like me with type 2 diabetes.
