Food & Dining Others The GOppets

The Baby Alphabet

The most awaited baby has finally been born! We all took delight in Abet & Joan’s miracle baby. They have been waiting soooo long for Skyler Jace to grace them with his presence. After more than 10 years of waiting, they finally have him to hold & to cherish all the days of their lives. And the GOppets couldn’t be any happier! <3

After our weekly Sunday service, we headed straight to Binondo to see the baby wonder & congratulate the proud parents. Abet & Joan are no stranger to the GOppets. In fact, the Stoniberts occupy a special place in our kids’ hearts too, so they were equally stoked to warmly receive baby Skyler into the world & were part of the welcoming committee that Sunday!

Even the whole of Binondo was rejoicing for Skyler’s coming into this world! Bagong pintura pa talaga ang arko! \m/

The GOppets were all excited to meet baby Skyler! Thank you Joan & Abet for having us. :-* I know new mommies & daddies need to stock up on rest & sleep, and yet you graciously welcomed us into your home.

The GOppets met up with The Co’s prior at Sincerity Restaurant for a yummy lunch. You may have noticed that Kap & I are always tag-alongs to Richard’s many foodie adventure. Inampon na talaga nila kami haha.

Because we are almost always together in events, nag-brainwaves na talaga kami. Irene & I were unintentionally match-matchy while si Kap & Richard also haha.

Pinalakad talaga ako ng mga walanghiya! Buti nalang the sun wasn’t glaring kung hindi kakargahin talaga nila ako with matching paypay parang si Cleopatra. :P Binondo is a walking district. Good luck finding a parking space. Good thing I wore my comfy new ballet flats! Thank you Kap for carrying my heavy bag for me huhu.

Excuse the out of place insert. :P This is a Ms. Piggy image waiting to happen hehe.

I’m a Binondo girl but I have never eaten at Sincerity Restaurant (open since 1956!) No joke. I told you I lived a very sheltered life & we didn’t eat out much when I was younger. Masyadong busy si mama at si papaKaya siguro ako naging ganito kasabik sa pagkain, lels. :P

Of course, when in chinatown, take home is inevitable! Grabe ang hakot namin. Thank you Abet for taking us around kahit na araw ng pahinga mo. <3

I always say Abet is my dear brother. So between him & Richard who is my cousin, pamilya na talaga kami! <3

Because I am a stranger to the eateries in Binondo, as is my mom, Kap vowed to take us there every Sunday for dinner so we can make the rounds. Aba, may budget si Kap. Hep hep! ;))

See you again soon baby Skyler! Don’t grow up too fast. <3
