What’s new at Bamba Bistro!

What I haven’t told you is, before we had dinner at Kessaku Alabang (see previous post), we had a “LIGHT SNACK” over at BAMBA BISTRO! And by light, I mean the exact opposite. :P

It’s not often that I get to lure Richard & Richie to come to the South, so when they had a sleepover/staycation for the Halloween Block & Roll at Bellevue Hotel Manila, Guia & I bombarded them with invites left & right to showcase the South. I promise you, hindi kami probinsya.

Ang daya nila diba? For them, going to the South means having to staycation coz it’s too far daw. Hello, pag nag-megamall ako uwian ha! TWO HOUR DRIVE!

I also wanted them to meet the brilliant TINA LEGARDA, chef extraordinaire responsible for the ultra exclusive, by appointment only, TINA’s TABLE. Click HERE to read Manila Standard’s feature just 2 months ago! For your private parties, Chef Tina can whip up just about anything. She found her passion for cooking at the tender age of 8 and has been cultivating her talent in the kitchen ever since. She’s practically a super expert!

Her bistro may be small, but it’s NEVER empty! So I was very happy when she was able to accommodate our tight little group at 4PM which was the only time we could get a table. Yes, it’s THAT crazy! If you don’t believe me, then head on over to THIS LINK & see BAMBA BISTRO featured as one of Spot.PH’s Top 10 delicious finds! \m/

I was ecstatic to find out that Tina has new offerings. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, so this was a very pleasant surprise indeed. <3

WHAT’s NEW:

My companions, HAPPY & GRUMPY (ok I promise this is the last time I’m calling you that haha!) were not salad people, so I hogged all 3 salad dishes to myself, lels. Ate also had a jolly good time with these green leafy veggies.
