From May 2-7, 2017 Chef Jay McCarthy, the corporate chef of Group970 Restaurants from Vail Valley in Colorado, takes over the restaurant’s pots and pans. His second time back from his previous visit in 2015, Chef Jay McCarthy will oversee The Cafe’s open theater kitchens further enhancing the diverse buffet spread of the hotel’s all-day buffet restaurant.
For this American-themed food festival, named “Maytime Mains with Chef Jay McCarthy”, dining guests can literally mEAT-all-you-can over lunch or dinner. Lunch buffet prices start at PHP 1,588 net, while dinner buffet prices start at PHP 1,988 net.
