My only request to The Bossman while in Baguio was to eat at Mario’s for one of our meals. Ever since we got to try Mario’s Classic Caesar Salad, there was no going back. We became instant & loyal fans of this pillar of a restaurant.
Without fail, and through the years, Mario’s classic cesar salad has become our benchmark for all other caesar salads that have we have come to encounter. Alas, not one restaurant has exceeded our expectations for this simple veggie dish.
The Bossman did not disappoint. He granted my one & only request. Lunch at Mario’s as the culmination to our wonderful 3-day Baguio adventure. First on my list, the classic caesar salad of course! <3

Salpicado 600 php. Tenderloin cubes sauteed in olive oil, served with garlic rice.

Barbecued Spareribs 400 php. Meaty ribs with their special sauce.
Bangus Belly A La Pobre 310 php. With garlic rice and pickled vegetables.
Chicken Parmesan 350 php. Chicken filets topped with creamy cheese sauce, served with fettuccine al burro.
Pollo Iberico 350 php. Half roast chicken with garlic, pepper and spices.
Grilled Salmon with Orange Bourbon sauce 500 php.
Marinera 650 php. All seafood paella.
