At first glance, MAGOSABURO looks very posh & intimidating, but don’t let its grand facade trick you into thinking everything that they offer is cray expensive. :) They have top grade wagyu beef as well as the regular kind to fit everyone’s discriminating taste & budget..

This wine rack greets you as you walk in. Mago Wine Lounge (3rd floor) has an extensive collection of wine in vending machines.. Chill as you listen to soothing music & unwind after a hard day’s work.
Enomatic Wine Dispensers creates a system capable of preserving wine for up to 4 weeks and serves it perfectly, giving everyone the chance to taste premium wines by the glass.
The high ceiling & spacious surrounding is perfect for a quiet dinner when you just want to let your hair loose, sit back, and simply enjoy good food.
The Executive Chef, Motomatsu Takashi, and the Marketing Executive SC Cariaga welcomed us upon arrival. I truly felt like a VIP! ;) Thank you both for your warmth & hospitality!

This Cream Cheese Tofu Spread 280 php kept our hunger at bay as we waited for our wagyu beef to arrive.

We were given several lunch sets to try. Tempura Lunch Set 480 php (assorted tempura: prawn, squid, kisu, pumpkin, eggplant and zucchini)

We were treated to these oh-so-fine meats: Japanese Wagyu Sirloin, Special Prime Ox Tongue, Special Prime Short Rib..
Mago Wagyu Chuck Roll, Outside Skirt and Kurobuta Pork Loin.
All wagyu beef are cooked in Magosaburo’s Ishi-Yaki method, or stone-roast cooking. The lava plates bring out the very best flavors in wagyu beef.

There were dipping sauces that accompanied the meat, but I felt it was a sin to mix anything else to the pure taste of these wonderful, tender, very tasty meat.
Just when I thought our night was coming to an end after that amazing steak samplers, out came this heavenly dessert platter -all calling out my name, begging to be eaten! ;P

Fresh Grapefruit Jelly 280 php I found this really cool. Imagine, to scoop out the grapefruit, make it into a jelly, then put it back on its skin. ;) Most of my companions loved the Earl Grey Panna Cotta, but this one did it for me. <3
But wait! For hearty eaters like me, fret not. Magosaburo now offers SUNDAY BUFFET so you get to taste and sample their unlimited hot & cold appetizers as well as dessert with a choice of one (1) main meal for a very reasonable price of only 980++ php ! <3

Our night still didn’t end with dessert. There was yet another surprise, we were led upstairs to the MAGO WINE LOUNGE to meet the charming VERY YOUNG, very generous owner & CEO, Ms. Abigail Tabuchi-Sumdia.
