Have a Merry Christmas at The Cafe, Hyatt City of Dreams Manila

When our dear friend Joshua invited Kap & I for an intimate Christmas lunch a couple of weeks ago, I was raring to go out! I’ve been dakilang alalay to my mom with her rehab & doctors’ appointments since her stroke (not that I mind) that I needed a break badly so I could let off some steam. So his invitation in behalf of Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, and gentlemen Francis & Ouie, came at a most opportune time. I was ready to mingle & party!

The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila is hands down, one of my favorite buffet places in Manila. Not only is their price affordable, but they have the freshest & bountiest selection! <3

Santa Claus is coming to.. Hyatt City of Dreams Manila! Can I still sit on his lap, do you think? But I have all that I could ever wish for -with #1 on my list already standing right beside me. ;)

1,340 NETT! What can I say? Super Kap approved! \m/ #WalaNangHahanapinPangIba

It’s Christmas like no other at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila. Make your celebration memorable at THE CAFE. For everyone’s convenience, two (2) seating schedules are made available for dinner this coming Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Reserve your seats now for either the 5:30 – 8:00 PM time slot, or the 8:30 – 11:00 PM last call. Seats are going fast so I suggest you make that booking now.

Fresh Alaskan King Crabs take center stage at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila..

alongside this succulent roast beef and other game meats up for grabs. At Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, every day is a celebration. <3

I love that the people behind Hyatt City of Dreams Manila are so thoughtful to include a tray for big eaters like.. ME? :P This way, I don’t have to keep going back to the buffet table & I can just do it in one go (okay maybe two!). Baka kasi mahalatang matakaw ako!

The extensive buffet spread with sinfully yummy candies & chocolates overload gets me equally excited so I make sure to leave room for dessert. Lots & lots of room to satisfy my sweet cravings! <3

But first on my agenda, the sushi & sashimi station. Kap is busy. Good, he won’t notice my multiple plates! ;)

I don’t normally go for the chinese station at buffets so I can indulge on other things I don’t regularly have, but the roast display just called out to me, begging to be sampled. The juicy duck & the pork asado are sure to be guaranteed hits.

I promised myself to take it easy on the holiday eating but what’s a girl to do when a feast is laid out before her -ready to be taken. RIGHT???

For my last indulgence before I got on with my love affair with dessert, a handsome platter of cheese & cured meats. A handful of seedless grapes always adds flavor to the cheese & meats.

When the dessert spread is just too pretty to eat! Hanggang drool ka na lang!

Unless you’re me, that is! :P Slice kung slice. You gotta try the Chocolate Mousse Christmas Log. It’ll guarantee you sweet dreams, I swear!

And what is Christmas without the exchange of gifts between friends? Irene knows me so well, just as I know her well too! Aren’t our gifts perfect for each other?

How about some Kisses scented body lotion & cream for a lickable you? ;) #ForAdultsOnly

Kap & I love happy moments with this fun group. Nakakatangal ng stress. Francis, Ouie, and Josh have become dear & trusted friends through time. <3 Of course, we also enjoy hanging with Mr. & Mrs. Tales from the Tummy, our constant eating partners.

Hyatt City of Dreams Manila always manages to bring a smile to my Kap’s face. That look says it all, don’t you agree? :) #LigayaAngItawagMoSaAkin

Delightful & well-thought-of items in beautiful gift baskets are available at The Cafe for your last minute shopping. That list just grows longer & longer each year, doesn’t it?

Thank you so much Hyatt City of Dreams Manila Sales & Marketing Director Francis David, MarCom Manager Jose Badelles, and MarCom Assistant Manager Joshua Hernandez for another 3-hours of non-stop eating in your wonderful company. We will never get tired of dining at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila & exchanging banters and pleasantries with you gentlemen.

Lastly, when you dine at Hyatt, don’t forget to buy a bear! Hyatt City of Dreams Manila is not only about the tummy. It’s all heart too with its Operation Smile set to benefit 15 children with cleft palate/cleft lip conditions. Yan ang totoong confidently beautiful with a heart! ;) The cuddly Operation Smile bears are available for sale at the Front Desk, The Cafe and at the Club Lounge for only 400 pesos each. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to give a child the gift of SMILE this Christmas? <3
