From June 15 to July 15, 2015 for weekday dinners (2,100+) & weekend buffets (2,600+), let Chef Sau del Rosario treat you to a marriage of flavors & culture on a plate as he guests at Solaire Fresh featuring a menu that showcases regional delicacies and all-time local favorites.

Chef Rosauro del Rosario is a native of Pampanga, one of the Philippine culinary centers and a region that boasts of prominent families in the restaurant and cuisine-inclined circles. He belongs to four generations of chefs in his family, which includes Sau’s grandfather, his father, whose academic background includes studies at the Culinary Institute of America, himself and his nephews.

as well as this crispy Lechon Baboy, a must at every Filipino celebration..



and this tender & juicy Lechon Belly Roll.



And even though it’s thought of mostly as a breakfast food, these trio of Longganisa from Alaminos, Batac & Vigan makes an appearance at Chef Sau’s buffet table.



Not to be missed at any Filipino table is the many sawsawan that makes for a fun & delightful eating.
