Causeway Seafood Restaurant

Living in the South, and considering the traffic we have to go through if we want to visit new places in the greater manila area, we mostly stay in our thick of the woods preferring the suburban lifestyle. Rarely do we venture up north.

So on our way home from ate’s Bolinao fieldtrip, Kap took us to Causeway Seafood Restaurant in Quezon City for an early dinner. Our 3-day filipino food bingeing got him craving for chinese, lels.

Causeway has a special dimsum promo per branch:
Timog: 2pm-6pm
Congressional 2:30pm-5pm
Banawe: 9pm-12mn
48 pesos only for all dimsums except Hakao.
Kap allowed us to go crazy & get anything & everything on the cart! ;))
Bola bola siopao
Shark’s fin dumpling
Spicy Squid.. matigas to the bite. Not fresh at all.
Adidas. Ew.
Kuchay dumpling. The spinach was very hard, so was the dimsum skin.
Chicken asado roll
Japanese siomai
Mini machang
Hakaw. Not included in the promo. Wasn’t the best I’ve had, sorry.
Salted Fish Yang Chow 210 php
Braised noodle seafood 270 php
2 kinds of almond 80 php
Mango Sago 80 php
Buchi 48 php/order of 4
Special Promo of the Month! Selected ala carte for only 128 pesos!
Note: For dine in only. Available only at Causeway 2 Banawe from 5:00PM – 2:00AM (Monday to Saturday) and 11:00AM – 2:00PM then 5:00PM – 11:00PM (Sunday)

I’m glad the monsoon rains have finally stopped. It was quite scary for a while there, I though we’d need another ark. I don’t like the sun, but I think I don’t like the rain more. At least I’ve established that. Lels! :P Stay safe & dry, everyone! :-*

Hi michelle! :) The hakao in Phoenix Court (Bellevue Hotel) is really yummy. You must try it. The skin is thin & soft, the prawns inside so crunchy. I’m drooling now, hahaha!
