BRGR: The Burger Project

Because I simply could not live on macarons alone, I was jumping up & down with joy upon finding out that there was a burger joint right beside Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Cafe. <3 I’m a meat person. Anything that has meat makes me deliriously happy!

It’s very crowded downstairs where you place your orders. But once you’re done with the chaos of choosing, ordering & paying, there’s ample seating space upstairs.

Like Project Pie, it’s a DIY kind at Chef Edward Bugia’s BRGR: Burger Project. Ya make your own (but they build it for you, of course). The name PROJECT alone tells you there’s some work to be done ahead! :P But this was one project I didn’t mind since I got to create my own thick, juicy, sloppy burger! <3

My Sugar & Spice burger creation. Now I may be referred to as PLAIN JANE, but lemme tell you there’s nothing plain about me. Especially when it comes to food! :P I always, ALWAYS go overboard, as is the case of my very messy, overly-topped burger.

Topped with Bleu cheese (35), Chili con carne (25), Caramelized onions (25), Jalapeno Peppers (20), lettuce, tomatoes and pickles (free) on a bed of DOUBLE patties (105+110) & Sesame seed bun (free) with their special burger sauce (free)! 320 php worth of LHAAAAV in every bite!!! <3

Now my girls, they are the PLAIN JANEs! :P

Okay, maybe not so much Ate as my Lovey..

This is what you call SUPER plain burger! :P

Animal Style Fries 135 php. Extra sloppy the way I like it!

My Lovey’s Truffle Fries 165 php. She loves anything with truffles.
Batang susyal! :P

Thank you Mrs. Graham for allowing us to bring in our manly food to eat with your lovely, dainty macarons!

BRGR: The Burger Project has 3 branches. One in Maginhawa Street in Teacher’s Village, another in Jupiter St. in Bel Air. And the newest one at Scout Rallos.

First the pizza, now the burger. Whatever project will they think of next? :P
